Electric Powder Coating Oven for Bigger Bulky Parts
The 3 meter length powder curing oven is designed for powder coating bigger bulky parts or a batch production of small-sized parts. Electric heating style reduces the task of operation and maintenance as well as creates a more clean environment.Our Colo brand powder coating oven features up for uniform heating temperature by the good design air flow system.Less cost energy.
Transporting System
Provide trolley and frames for loading and transporting heavy or large workparts conveniently, also supports customized services, clients could customize the suited sized according to different workparts size and shape.
All transporting systems will not pollute the inner chamber and workparts, ensure the clean environment in powder curing process. and purity of workparts.
COLO powder coating ovens are equipped with PLC Controller, provides high-precision heating process, operators could set the desired temperature and heating time accurately on the panel, which digitally shows on LED screen.
Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes safety devices: alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Oven wall interlayer material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, built with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall to form a sandwich insulation structure.
This is an optimum design to maintain the temperature in oven chamber.
