Liquefied natural gas (LNG liquid filling machine) is a kind of low-temperature measuring equipment for filling liquefied natural gas from LNG filling station to LNG vehicle. It is highly automatic and easy to operate. It dynamically monitors the liquid flow during the filling process. And meanwhile, it adopts the form of non-contact IC card to realize the automation of charging, sales and settlement automation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) filling station so as to overcome such shortcoming as the heavy manual workload and high error rate and large management loopholes in bookkeeping or cash transaction. The electric instrument system is made according to explosion-proof design, safe and reliable. With good cold insulation design and vacuum cold insulation, the product structure can be divided into single gun and double guns.

A series of functions such as density setting, single-shift gas filling volume accumulation, total gas filling volume accumulation, quota, quantitative gas filling, sequential gas filling and non-sequential gas filling, gas filling query, IC card gas filling and non IC card gas filling, remote control gas filling, LNG cylinder expiration verification, on-line printing, gas filling station site management, gas filling station network management, breaking protection, pressure limit and overpressure protection, emergency shutdown, card-machine linkage & multiple payment and anti-cheating , etc.
