Answer: If necessary, we can help provide and purchase some electrical appliances, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, dishwashers, OCENs, etc. These appliances will be packaged in containers shipped together with the container house.
9. Question: Will your product leak water?
Answer: There are quite a few manufacturers in China who, due to a lack of professionalism and irresponsibility towards quality, have caused water leakage inside the boxes. So far, our company has never encountered any water leakage issues in overseas orders.
10. Question: What kind of technical drawings can you provide?

12. Question: What are lifespan and warranty period?
Answer: The service life of prefabricated houses is 10 to 15 years, container houses are 15-20 years, steel structures are 30-50 years, and villas are
50-90 years old. The warranty period for all houses is 12 months from the date of delivery.
