Main equipment of powder coating line: We provide stand-alone equipments for preptreatment systems, powder coating systems, single and multi fast
color change systems, curing systems, powder recovery systems and conveyorized lines. All the systems are

Pretreatment

Drying and Curing  Our company's curing oven insulation boards are all plug-in boards, seamless docking, heat bridge transfer
technology, oven temperature uniformity, good curing effect.


Powder Coating 
With large cyclone fast color change system, our powder coating spray booth can achieve color changing within
10mins, powder recovery rate is up to 99.2%, to ensure that there is no powder spillover outside the powder spray booth.
 


Designed with cylinders, our filter element recovery unit powder coating spray booth is much more convenient
for customers to quickly disassemble and change color, and improves work efficiency.
